Our remit with this project was to return this useful warehouse space back to an ‘as new’ condition, so that any potential new tenant could confidently run their business in a fresh environment. Using a schedule of dilapidations provide by the client, we were able to completely renovate the internal areas and hand the unit back in a condition ready for its next chapter.

Works Completed –

• Removal of internal partitions
• Re-instatement of blockwork dividing walls
• Replacement of carpet tiles to office areas
• Upgrading of internal lighting to LED with complete fixed wire testing
• Full decoration to all internal surfaces
