We have a strong client base with prestigious organisations such as exclusive leisure clubs, commercial property consultants and costal marinas to name but a few and we are proud to have the maintenance contract for a well known local hospice’s retail sites. Our current rental relationships with both national and regional estate agents, continue to grow as we evolve as a company. Geographically, we operate in Hampshire, West Sussex and surrounding counties. This ensures we can be reactive when essential for emergency call outs, whilst at the same time providing a geographical coverage that is tightly managed, and familiar to our Field Operatives.
Our administration team deal directly with tenants, property managers and suppliers, removing the need for you to deal with multiple trades, arrange access or answer any concerns that may arise. We share on site photos with our clients before, during and after work has been completed, providing transparency from start to finish and operate a fully auditable internal system which allows us to track all jobs and provide comprehensive reporting.
